Our care guide for the right care

Quality of care is our top priority. That is why you receive targeted training from qualified nurses and are also given a care guide in which the most important points are set out in writing. This is a care plan drawn up by us individually for the person being cared for. Any activities that deviate from our plan must be documented in the progress report.

If you are unsure about certain care measures, we are always available to support you by phone. We are also happy to discuss any uncertainties or problems during our monthly on-site visits. We make sure that you are never left on your own.

As a general rule, please note that as a family caregiver you are only responsible for basic care. This primarily includes the following:

  • Help with eating
  • Help with personal hygiene
  • Help with dressing and undressing.

If you have any further questions, we will be happy to help you by phone.
